Quality inspection
Bulk preparations are stringently tested and inspected for pH, viscosity, appearance, odor, usability, specific gravity, quantity, and other parameters.
Filling
Containers for lotions, creams, and other formats are air-cleaned one by one to keep them clean and free of dirt and dust.
Finishing and packaging
Before commencing this task, employees wash their hands, check the length of their nails, and make sure to wear a cap, mask, and gloves.
In-process inspections
In the course of every process, we conduct a series of inspections to check on weight, production batch printing, opening torque, appearance, scratches, contamination, and other points.
